  • Do I need a passport?
    Yes, you do need a passport. For international travelers passports must have 6 months of validity at the time of entry.
  • Do I need to have yoga experience to attend?
    No prior yoga experience is necessary! Our retreat is designed for all levels, from beginners to seasoned practitioners. We will offer modifications to suit your experience and comfort level.
  • What should I bring to the retreat?
    We’ll provide a full packing list close to retreat date, but you can expect to bring essentials like comfortable yoga clothing, water bottle, personal toiletries.
  • Are yoga mats provided at the retreat?
    Yes! We’ve got yoga mats available for you to use. But if you have a favorite mat that you love practicing on, feel free to bring it along!
  • What activities are included in the retreat stay?
    During your retreat, you can enjoy daily yoga sessions, mindfulness practices, guided meditation, asana workshops, sound healing sessions, healthy meals, hiking tours along the ancient Lycian Way, visits to the Blue Cave and Aladere Waterfall and relaxation time in serene surroundings.
  • Do I need to be with the group during all the retreat activities, or can I roam by myself?
    Our retreat offers dedicated time for personal reflection, rest and exploration. You’re free to engage in individual activities, relax, or simply follow whatever feels right for you in the moment. We’ve built in plenty of free time where you can enjoy solitude or roam at your own pace. Participation in group activities is completely optional and there’s no pressure to join if you prefer to rest or take time for yourself.
  • Are there vegan and vegeterian options in the menu?
    Of course! The majority of the dishes served in the retreat center are vegan or vegeterian. Turkish cuisine offers a wide variety of vegan dishes.
  • Are gluten-free, histamine-free and other allergen-friendly meal options (such as nut-free, soy-free, etc.) available at the buffet?
    Yes, we can arrange gluten-free, histamine-free or other allergen-friendly meals if informed in advance. This includes options like nut-free and soy-free. Please let us know your dietary needs beforehand to ensure we can accommodate them safely.
  • Is the transportation from the Dalaman Airport to retreat center included in the retreat price?
    Yes! We provide shuttle service from Dalaman Airport to the retreat center on both the first and last days of the retreat. Just arrive at Dalaman Airport, and we'll take care of the rest!
  • What types of rooms are available for accommodation during the retreat?
    We offer two room options: single rooms for one person and shared rooms for two people, both featuring a private bathroom and a terrace with sea or mountain views
  • Is it possible to pay for the retreat in installments?
    Yes, after paying a deposit of €250, you can make two additional installments until March 9th, 2025.
  • What type of yoga will we be practicing?
    We offer a variety of yoga styles during the retreat, including Hatha, Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga. Each session is designed to help you relax, restore and deepen your practice.
  • Is there Wi-Fi at the retreat?
    Yes, there is Wi-Fi available, but we encourage you to disconnect and enjoy the opportunity for digital detox and mindfulness during your stay.
  • What if I need to cancel my booking?
    We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and we want to make our cancellation process as clear as possible. Please review our policy below: Non-Refundable Deposit: A €250 deposit is required to secure your spot for the retreat. This deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date. Cancellations Made 3 Months or More Before the Retreat: If you cancel on or before February 8, 2025, we will refund any payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit of €250. No Refund for Cancellations 2 Months Before the Retreat: Due to the retreat center’s policy, cancellations made after March 9, 2025, will not be eligible for any refund. We recommend purchasing travel insurance in case of unexpected changes to your plans. If you have any questions about our cancellation policy, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
